I'm Back...

It's been a while since my last post! I was busy climbing Table Mountain, and everyday thereafter celebrating my not so record breaking one and a half hour climb. My celebrations consisted of sampling as many South African wines as I possibly could and enjoying some of the freshest and most delicious food ever had. My three weeks in Cape Town were a dream.

In between all my climbing and festivities, I managed to find some time to check out local markets and boutiques. The Neighbourhood Goods Market was by far the most impressive, a lot of local designers put their wear on show at this weekly market. What really surprised me was the amount of great antique and vintage stores around also, with price tags to beat the band. While there, I wanted to get a feel for what locals do in Cape Town on a regular basis, where they shop, eat, hang out generally. Over the coming week, I'll share with you my favourite finds. In the meantime, here are some of my snaps from the top of Table Mountain and the colourful Bo-Kaap district!
